Lost Arts Policies

All classes are held at Christ Church of Metro Atlanta

Class Size

Class size is limited to a maximum of 6 students.

Signing up for a class

Email me at lostarts1@gmail.com with the class you wish to sign up for and the date you want.

Also, please include the age of your child.

I will confirm your place in the class by return email along with release forms that must be signed and brought to the first class.

Payment

Payment is due when you sign up. I accept cash or checks. You can either mail the payment to me or pay in person.

Refunds

Refunds will be made if you are unable to attend the class due to sickness or family emergency.

No refunds will be made due to lack of proper planning.

If you show up for a class without the necessary supplies, you can either sit through the class or leave.

No refunds will be made in this instance.

Cancellation

If you sign up for a class and there are less than 4 students signed up 1 week in advance of class,
you will be notified and your payment will be refunded.

If for some reason I have to cancel a class you will be notified as soon as possible and either payment will be
refunded or the class rescheduled.
